Service Sidekick launched!

After much hard work I'm proud to say that Service Sidekick has launched today! Service Sidekick is a web application (created of course with Ruby on Rails) that is designed to help a service business organize their customers, jobs and technicians.
I'll have more to say later on the launch (including the release of some plugins) but for now wish us well and please send feedback!
