Moved to mephisto

I just finished moving this blog from Typo to Mephisto. The whole process was super-simple.

I'm using a variation of Geoffrey Grosenbach's Capistrano task detailed in his Update Your Typo Blog With Capistrano article.

Thanks to Rick and Justin for an amazing CMS/blog engine!
